This is the presentation that Lela and I created for the pitch of our film, as we made the presentation, we thought it was only fair that Jamie and Josh presented it.

This is the preliminary we did before we started planning the film so we could learn some camera techniques. We had a lot of problems getting this video on the internet.

The preliminary;

film institution

As a group, we have decided that for our film institution, we have chose to use Hammer productions as they are a British horror film production company which is based in the United Kingdom. They have made films such as Dracula, Frankenstein, The mummy and more recently The woman in black.

The British film institute was the first film production company we looked at, but then we changed out mind as Hammer productions fitted in more with the genre of our film.

the chain mail text

This is the chain mail text that Lela made, it is not a typical chain mail message as we have made it rhyme so it is more creative. 

The text says;

Once you have opened this you can't go back...

100 years ago today, a man was killed in a tragic way,
Pushed, pulled, bruised and banged, it was not long till he was hanged.
Accused of rape by a young girl, the thought in people's minds made them hurl.
He raged and ranted before his death, he shouted 'I'm innocent' in his last breath.
No one believed him, they took avenge, so now it is time for ROPE to get his revenge.
If you do not send this within an hour, at twelve tonight you will face his power,
He will search and search till you're in sight, then it will be your turn to feel that noose pull tight.

starting the filming..

After we made the newspaper, we then got tea bags and dabbed the newspapers to give them an old looking effect, then we got some red food colouring and poured a little bit over the newspaper to make it look like blood.  

We also made the logo for our film production company which is called 'Noose Productions' which goes with our film very well as it has a hanging in it.
